Nordstrom sales are my favorite. Their half yearly sale has started and I literally searched high and low for my favorite picks. Y'all, everything that I found is under $50!! What?!! So many good deals and cute items!

Hey North Texas friends! I wanted to share a few events happening this week in your area. As we all know teacher appreciation week is this week, and McDonald's will be hosting three different events. May Lunch Bunch is an event for all families to attend and have some fun together. Lunch Bunch is the perfect opportunity families to gather at participating restaurants to learn more about McDonald’s and its commitment to education, food and giving back in local communities. The kiddos aren’t left out! Lunch Bunch is perfect for your next play-date! At each event, kids will be able to partake in family friendly activities, including balloon twisters, face painters, arts and crafts and our Play Place – to name a few!

Lunch Bunch will take place at a McDonald’s restaurant in the Dallas, Fort Worth and East Texas on the following days:

Mother's Day is this weekend! So crazy! Mother's Day is a special one for all of us mamas, and we should all feel extra special. When I think about the mamas around me all I want to do is shower them with gifts. I think sometimes we overthink the gifting part, I know I do. So I put together a list of gifts that I thought would be perfect for any mama. I tried to keep it as budget friendly as possible. The necklace is the most expensive, but I put more affordable options down below.

 Last year I was gifted the Gucci Bloom perfume and it smells AMAZING! I keep including it in gift guides because I love it that much. Ulta has great deals on perfume sets. They have this Gucci set for $102. It includes the medium size bottle plus roller. I always purchase my perfumes there.

The white cast iron dutch is a MUST have! It's under $40!! The slippers, 4 set of mugs and flower book would be the coziest gift idea.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation: My go-to foundation! It's hard to switch foundations because this one is so good. It's full coverage, matte and long wear. The list of pros is long. If you have oily skin I highly suggest you give this a try, but it's great for all skin types. 

Shiseido Eye Lash Curler: My lashes are so straight and I had the hardest time finding an eyelash curler that worked for me. This one curls my lashes and they stay curled for hours. I have suggested this eyelash curler to my friends and they all love it. 

It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream: I purchased this recently and I am hooked. I use it at night and it keeps my skin so soft and hydrated. I love that it is anti-aging. Must try for sure. 

Lancôme’s Monsieur Big Mascara: It helps my lashes look full and bold. One of my favorite mascaras! I am really picky about the wand, and this mascara has the perfect one. The color is the perfect jet black. No clumpy lashes and mixes well with other mascaras. 

REN Evercalm Overnight Cream: I call this my little jar of magic. I have no idea what is in this cream, but it is amazing! It improved redness in my skin and texture. I love that it is certified clean at Sephora. 

Tarte Tartelette Toasted Eyeshadow Palette: This palette has the perfect everyday shades. I get so much use of this palette. It's a must have. 

Origins Charcoal Mask: The perfect mask when your pores feel clogged and yucky. Leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. 

Too Faced Sunny Bunny Bronzer: The PERFECT summer bronzer!! I am obsessed! 

Drybar Leave-in Conditioner: My ends get so much heat and this leave-in conditioner helps keep my hair feeling less damaged and soft. Plus, it smells amazing! 

Kopari Coconut Melt: Holy grail! I use this for everything. I take off my makeup, use it as a skin moisturizer, oil pulling, my hair and so much more! Coconut oil is just the best!

Buxom Powerplump Lip Balm: Any Buxom lip product is amazing. I love their big lip liners, lipsticks, lipgloss, but this lip balm is glorious. On days where I want more of a natural lip I use this one. It gives your lips a natural voluptuous look.

Gucci Bloom Perfume: You already know this is my favorite scent. I don't need to say more!

AZTEC Clay Mask: I have been using this mask for years and it is A M A Z I N G!!! If you have acne prone skin you need this mask in your life. Not only will your face feel amazing while wearing it, but the results are fantastic! When my skin had horrible cystic acne I would apply this mask once a week. I used other products as well to help, but I know for a fact this mask had a lot to do with my clear skin. The price is just the cherry on top. Find it on amazon for $11!

White Metal Chairs: I didn't want to spend so much money on chairs, but I also wanted good quality. I can't believe that I found chairs on Amazon! I knew I wanted metal chairs and I looked everywhere. I decided to just get the off amazon. So happy I did because they look great and so affordable. 4 chairs for $110! WOW!

Black Purse: My everyday purse! It's a great size! It comes in so many colors!
It has so many compartments! It's cute! I love it and I love the price even more. It's under $35!

Lunch Box: Making the mom life a little easier. Lunch packing is so fun now! I don't have to worry about a messy lunch box, because this one doesn't leak! Evan had so many different containers in his lunch bag before, and sometimes he didn't get to eat everything. After my sister gifted him this one he has enough time to finish his all of his food. The compartments are the perfect size. They come in different colors. It is such a fun lunch box! Under $30!
