My morning routine is critically important to me. It's a way to help set my mood for the entire day. If I'm in a great mood I can have a productive day. It's a routine that has helped me enjoy my mornings, because I was NOT a morning person. I get time to myself. I get to relax. I get to have some peace and quiet before my four year old wakes up. It's something I do for me. I have been on this schedule for almost a year now and I love it.

Over the weekend we cleaned out our pantry. We got rid of most of our junk food and replaced with healthier options. I really thought my family would be bothered by this because this summer junk food took over our pantry. Me on the other hand, am more of a health freak and always on the hunt for products that I will feel comfortable feeding my family. This summer was an exception, but it's time to get back on track to clean eating. They didn't complain, they actually helped me organize our pantry area. Evan found it fun filling our glass jars with rice, lentils, flour, along with other pantry essentials. One snack that is currently taking over our pantry and getting us ready for fall is Sejoyia Coco-Roons.
