My boyfriend and I are challenging ourselves to a 90 day workout plan. We are finally motivated to lose weight. He is a former Marine so being over weight to him is a huge no. I have always been very small, and I need to lose a couple pounds and tone up. Our eating habits are horrible. We are always eating out. We have decided to put a stop to it. We will be working out to Tapout XT.
Today was our first day working out and eating clean. I am extremely out of shape. I do work out from time to time but only the basics. This training is on another level. I know it is going to be tough, but I am up for the challenge.
