I promised myself I would blog more often this October. That didn't happen and now I have dozens of pictures to share. October was wonderful. I am the worst procrastinator, but luckily for me we got to cross everything off our bucket list. From pumpkin patches to trick or treating we got it all done. Evan is still talking about pumpkins and monsters. Even though he is terrified of anything Halloween and hated his costume at the end of the day he had a blast.

This year the pumpkin patch we really wanted to visit was closed, but luckily I found a cute one close by. My sisters and I took our kids and let them pick out their own pumpkin. As Evan gets older I feel like he enjoys these activities way more. Going to a pumpkin patch every year will definitely be a tradition we will have to do every October.

Evan hated his costume. It made me so sad because I had my eyes on it since last year. I had to bribe him to try it on to snap a few pictures before Halloween. I'll make sure he picks out his own costume next year.

Halloween was so much fun. Evan learned to say "trick or treat, smell my feet" haha We went trunk and treating at a local church. They had games and train rides followed by lots of candy. Evan was so happy to have a piece of candy, but surprisingly he was more excited to see all of the other kids in their adorable costumes.
Even though another month has gone by and we are getting closer to the end of the year, I can't help but wonder what the next two months hold for us. I hope November is just as great!
