Zoe recently turned 6 months and her wake windows are a little longer. I need to keep her entertained and happy during that time. Luckily we have found toys that she has been loving! They are all by VTECH  and we use them every single day. They have helped with her motor skills and milestone achievements. 

VTECH Kick & Score Play Gym- this multi-stage play mat is so fun! It has helped Zoe with her milestones and motor skill achievements. We currently love doing tummy time on this mat, but I’m sure Zoe will be using this as a soccer goal when she’s walking. It’s everything you want from an educational toy. This play gym will also grow with Zoe. The detachable activity panel provides so much. From colors, shapes, and animals to strengthening language skills. 

VTECH Turn + Learn Ferris Wheel- We love taking this on the go. When we go out to eat this sure comes in handy. It keeps her engaged for a while. She loves the songs it plays. 

VTECH Turtle’s Busy Day Soft Book-This is another on the go favorite. We attach it to her car seat or stroller. This soft book makes her very happy.

NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE PICKS 2021

I am so excited for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale because it means fall is almost here! I have been shopping it for the past few years and have said it from the beginning if you are shopping the sale keep an eye out for staples. Everything else is just not worth it in my opinion. Everything I have previously purchased during the sale I still own. All of the items I normally shop for are timeless staples that never really go out of style. I can wear them year after year. One of those items being the SPANX leggings. I have gathered items that I think are worth the purchase. My go-to items are normally jackets, sweaters, cardigans, bottoms, shoes, home, and beauty. The sale is currently open for Icons, but dates for everyone else are down below. I cover this sale personally for fun. I have found so many staples through the years that I do not regret purchasing, but at the end of the day these are just wants not needs. Remember this sale is just fun!

One thing I have learned as I have gotten older is to invest in anything bedding. Get yourself a good quality mattress, buy the bedding you want and invest in pillows. That neck pain is no joke as we grow older. I suffered from the worst neck pain, sometimes even headaches every morning. QUICK & EASY FISH TACOS WITH GORTON'S

In light of the back-to-school season I love creating easy but delicious dinners! I know many of us do not want to spend so much time in the kitchen, but also want quality food that is good and nutritious for my family. I have added a new product that has become a go-to freezer staple that makes cooking with seafood easier than ever. Gorton's beer battered and crispy battered fish fillets are perfect for dinner ideas this fall! Gorton's fish fillets are wild caught and high quality seafood. I have been making crispy fish tacos every week since I discovered them. My family has really enjoyed them. I had to share how easy and delicious they are.

All you need is your favorite salad mix, Corn/flour tortillas and Gorton’s crispy battered fish fillets! It took me less than 30 minutes to do, and it turned out so good! The fish fillets cook in less than 20 minutes, heat up tortillas and prep salad. I used south western salad and used the dressing to top my tacos. You get so much crunch and so much flavor!! It's that time of the year! The Nordstrom Anniversary sale is here! I have gone through every single page and narrowed down all of my favorite finds from the preview. Every year my goal is to find must have items under $100. I like to shop for staples. Items that I will use year after year. So it is mainly cardigans, sweaters, jackets, and shoes. A few beauty and home items are also such a good idea to get during this sale. Like the t3 curler (you will have for years) and throw blankets. Last year I found so many great items and kept basically everything I purchased. If you are shopping this year I think it's important to shop smart and only pick up items that you know will be worth it. I purchased a faux leather jacket last year and I know I will have it for years and it won't be going out of style anytime soon. The spanx faux leather leggings are another great item to purchase. I also picked up a pair of Adidas last year and I have worn the heck out of those shoes. I will leave all the sale details down below!
