September is Hispanic heritage month and I am kicking it off with two delicious street style corn recipes. Growing up every summer we would take a trip to my mom's small town in Mexico. Aside from visiting friends and family the food was always what I anticipated the most. The taco stands, tamales and street corn were my favorite. We would visit our local Plaza and savor all of the delicious food. Our food is a great representation of our culture. Mexican food is unique. Every Mexican recipe
is made with passion and hard work. I haven't visited Mexico in a few years but I try my best to re create my favorite recipes. Street style corn being one of them. It can be made so many ways depending on your taste, but one ingredient that completes this recipe is McCormick Mayonesa

Over the weekend we took a trip to Walmart. I love that they have an isle specifically for Hispanic food. That is where you will find this delicious mayonesa. If I am cooking Mexican recipes that require mayonnaise I have to buy McCormick Mayonesa. With McCormick Mayonesa’s distinct lime-flavor, it’s the perfect (and delicious) ingredient to use when creating recipes that celebrate my Hispanic heritage! The recipe I am sharing today is easy to make. It's great to make for your family or even a barbecue with friends.
