For the past few months I have been on a fitness journey. I am not the fittest person. I am far from my goals, but I am finally dedicating time. I am putting in effort and working my butt off to get there. Yes, I am doing it to lose weight, but also because I want fitness to be part of my lifestyle. Now that I have a routine of what workouts I like to do, and products that work for me I will slowly share on here. Keep in mind I am a beginner. If you have any tips or favorites share them down below!

COMFORTABLE SHOES: It took me a few pairs of tennis shoes to find a pair that I really liked. The pair I have now has cushion soles making them extra comfortable. I run and jump all over the place so having a good  and supportive pair of tennis shoes is crucial. The Adidas Tubular are one of my favorites. They are light and come in so many colors.

WEIGHTS: I am starting off really light. I first purchased 3 lb weights and would workout with that, and a few weeks ago I purchased 5 lb weights. Start off small and gradually increase the weight. I personally love cardio, but it can get boring and incorporating strength training makes it more challenging and fun. Toning and tightening is important.

JUMPING ROPE: I did not picture myself loving jumping rope so much. Cardio isn't for everyone, but personally I have to fit cardio in my fitness routine. My calves really feel it the next day but it's such a good, easy and effective cardio workout.

DEGREE DRY SPRAY DEO: Degree UltraClear Black+White Dry Spray Antiperspirant Deodorant has been the real mvp. I have a deodorant that protects me and my clothes while I am active. Once I spray it on it dries fast. It doesn't feel sticky making it easy for me to get ready and keeps me dry all day. It has such a soft and fresh scent making me want to spray it all over. Degree Dry Spray Deodorant offers 48-hour protection against wetness and odor. It is dermatologist-tested and alcohol freeThis deodorant has become a fitness essential. ALL BLACK WORKOUT CLOTHES: I am sure I am not the only one, but I love working out in all black. They say black is slimming and that is probably why I always gravitate towards that color. The only downfall about wearing black when working out or just in general, are the deodorant stains!!! Whether I put on deodorant before or after I change somehow I always end up with deodorant marks. Luckily, Degree UltraClear Black+White Dry Spray Antiperspirant Deodorant is anti-white marks on dark clothes and anti-yellow stains on light clothes. This deo has me covered and does not ruin any of my outfits.
