Fall is here and it's also Hispanic Heritage month and all I can think about is baking. I don't know if I am the only one, but I always try to give my cooking and baking a touch of my heritage. Tortillas and salsa go with every meal and Dulce de Leche on all of my desserts. It's normally toast bread or pancakes drenched in Dulce de Leche, but today I made a cake!😁 Baking in my home is so important. I have said it so many times before but creating special moments in the kitchen with my kids is crucial. Evan helped me make this cake and his little fingers were all over the Dulce de Leche. I really enjoy baking with La Lechera Dulce de Leche. It has lower regency and trail than regular sweetened condensed milk and you can add it to everything! In honor of Fall, Hispanic Heritage month and World Dulce de Leche day (October 11th), I am sharing this easy Dulce de Leche cake!! Get to the kitchen and enjoy.
